Creamy, classic, lively.
This traditional method fizz is a classic blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and it has a classic and effusive character. Grilled yellow apples, exotic spices, buttered croissants and yeasty aromas lead to a complex and creamy palate. It has generosity, a fine mousse and lifted mouthfeel with finely hewn bubbles.

Pairs great with Gone Crackers Undressed.
